Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for supporting Willow + Pip! Here’s how shipping works:

Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Everything is handmade in small batches, so during busy seasons it may take an extra day or two — but I always do my best to get your goodies out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. All orders ship from Southampton, Ontario. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Southampton, ON. You’ll get pickup instructions after your order is placed.

Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t make it to you, send me a message right away with photos and your order number. I’ll make it right.

Returns
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — I always want you to be happy with your experience.
