Private Label Candle FAQs
Have a question about creating candles for your brand? Here’s what to know before ordering.
How do I order?
Visit our 8 oz Private Label Candle listing, choose your fragrance, pack size and label finish, then add your selection to your cart.
For custom labels, email willowandpipsoap@gmail.com after ordering with your order number, artwork option and branding files.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is 12 candles per fragrance for established scents. You can order packs of 12, 24 or 48 candles.
Newly sourced fragrances require a minimum of 48 candles per scent, with sourcing and testing quoted separately. Contact us before ordering a new fragrance.
Can I mix fragrances within a pack?
Each pack contains one fragrance. To order multiple scents, add a separate pack for each fragrance to your cart.
Does the quantity selector count candles or packs?
The quantity selector counts packs. For example, selecting “24 candles” with a quantity of “1” purchases 24 candles. A quantity of “2” purchases 48 candles of that same selection.
Can I try samples first?
Yes! Our 4 oz Gold Tin Candle Samples are sold individually with no minimum sample order.
Samples come without a brand label. Their burn performance and scent throw may differ from the full-size amber glass candles.
What are the candles made with?
Our candles are hand-poured in Southampton, Ontario, using coconut-apricot wax, cotton wicks and paraben-free and phthalate-free fragrances.
The 8 oz amber glass candles come with a lid and offer an approximately 50-hour burn time.
How much do private-label candles cost?
All prices are in CAD.
What does the custom label price include?
It includes printing and applying one brand label per candle, using your supplied artwork or simple personalization of our existing template.
A fully custom label design costs an additional one-time fee of $100 CAD, charged separately.
What are my artwork options?
Choose from three options:
Supply your own design: Send your print-ready artwork. No additional design fee applies.
Personalize our template: We’ll add your brand name, fonts and colours to an existing design. Simple personalization is included in the custom label price.
Request a new design: We’ll create a fully custom label for a one-time fee of $100 CAD.
What size and file format should my artwork be?
Our labels are approximately 2″ tall × 3″ wide. Send your print-ready artwork as a PNG or JPG to willowandpipsoap@gmail.com, including your order number.
We’ll confirm the final artwork dimensions before printing.
Will I see my label before it is printed?
Yes. We’ll email you a label proof for approval before printing. Check the wording, spelling, fragrance name and branding carefully before approving it.
How long will my order take?
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after payment and final artwork approval for established fragrances. Shipping time is additional.
For unlabeled orders, no artwork approval is required. Newly sourced fragrances may need additional sourcing and testing time; we’ll confirm the timeline before you order.
Can you source a different fragrance?
Contact us with the scent you have in mind. We’ll review sourcing options, testing requirements and costs before confirming whether we can offer it.

Can I collect my order locally?
We offer local pickup in Southampton, Ontario. Contact us to arrange pickup details for your private-label order.
How do I confirm shipping costs?
Review the shipping options shown at checkout. For delivery questions or a larger shipment, contact us before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We’ll check the stage of your order and confirm what is possible before proceeding.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of any damage, including the packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange a resolution.
Do you also offer Willow + Pip branded products wholesale?
Yes! If you’d prefer to stock our existing branded products, email us to ask about our wholesale collection.
