Private Label Candles

Your Brand. Our Candles.

Create candles for your boutique, business, client gifts or special event—hand-poured by Willow + Pip in Southampton, Ontario, with your branding.

Our 8 oz amber glass candles feature coconut-apricot wax, cotton wicks, a lid and an approximately 50-hour burn time.

How It Works

1. Explore the fragrances

Choose from our existing fragrance collection. Want to try your favourites first? Our 4 oz Gold Tin Candle Samples are sold individually with no minimum sample order.

2. Choose your candles

Select your fragrance, a pack of 12, 24 or 48 (8 ounce amble jar with black lid candles), and either Unlabeled or With custom labels. Each pack contains one fragrance. For multiple scents, add a separate pack for each scent.

3. Make them yours

Choose from three artwork options:

  • Your own artwork: Send your print-ready PNG or JPG. No additional design fee applies.

  • Our personalized template: We’ll add your brand name, fonts and colours to an existing design. Simple personalization is included in the custom label price.

  • A fully custom design: We’ll create a new label design for a one-time fee of $100 CAD. Add our Custom Label Design Service to your cart alongside your candle order.

Custom label pricing includes printing and applying one brand label per candle.

After ordering, email willowandpipsoap@gmail.com with your order number, artwork option and branding files. We’ll send a label proof for approval before printing.

4. We pour your candles

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after payment and final artwork approval for established fragrances. Shipping time is additional.
